Stayed at the resort with my girl friend. Pool was inacessible with huge renovation going around all over the resort. Many labourers and heavy tools all over the place, even near guest rooms . My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Phulay Beach, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Upon arrival we were greeted with cool drinks and cold towels to refresh ourselves, before being upgraded to a beach-front Jacuzzi villa with private jacuzzi overlooking the beach. We stayed just one night instead of the planned two night at this hotel. It is in a deserted stone mine area. Arrived at this hotel on Christmas Eve and was told by Trailfinders that we would notice some contruction work on our approach to the hotel.
