If you're on a budget but still appreciate a clean, comfortable, centrally located room, this is an excellent choice. Get the larger room for just a few bucks more. It is quite large and comfortable. We had a terrible stay at this hotel!!,yes its cheaper but u pay for it we had money stolen out of are bags that were zipped up and the money was hidden away in another 2 bags!!!!,the only people that had a key were the cleaners!so go figure!,the police couldnt do anything the manager and owner were terrible at controling... more

We found A.Mansion in the lonely planet guide and the write up was exactly as the guest house was simple accommodation. If you are searching a cheap, but clean place to spent a few days in Krabi town, I recommend you the A-Mansion. At least the rooms located in the back-building are quite. TV, but no other frills. Just a few minutes to the city-center and to the pier. more

Rooms and batchrooms nice and clean, good central location very near docks and night market. Front desk didn't speak very good English. Krabi has a great atmosphere. Good base for seeing the islands. more

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at A Mansion. Although the decor was a bit bleak, the room was clean, had a queen sized bed, and a window. All for B300 (fan) B400 (airccon). It should be noted that while the bathroom was fairly modern, hot water was not available in my room. more
