well-kept guesthouse, always tip-top clean, prompt replies to my enquiries, friendly staff, walking distance to anywhere in Patong...
I got a twin bedroom with bathtub, fridge, international-channel TV..
after a day activities, i would always come back to a clean room. but occasional power-trips in that area will last around 5 mins... overall great place comfortable more
