I have stayed here 2-3 times per year for 4 years and each visit has been like coming home. Family run by Mamm and Hass with them living on site and managing every detail. “Good location if you want to be in Patong beach”

We found this hotel last minute on agoda site. Really good price for Phuket and fantastic location if you want to be in Patong beach. Close to patong beach,just 5 minutes from beach.very good deal ,700 bahts for deluxe double room with balcony. Room and toilet matching 3 star hotel standard. American breakfast at 150 a head. Plenty of cheap eating options within 5/10 minutes walk. Highly recommended for budget conscious traveller looking for nice clean and safe stay

A amall hotel, off Sawatdirak Road. 5 minutes walk to beach, 7-8 minutes to Bangla Road. Owner Mam, is great, and hands on with her staff. Rooms cleaned/ changed every day.
