stayed here feb 2007 back again march dont book with hotel direct go through travel agents ( airport has a good one ) i got a junior suite it was beautifull living room two showers two of everything no complaints only 3000 bahts p/n the staff were friendly ( limited english but enough, hey your in thailand not manchester )... more

Location is about 5 min. walk off the beaten path. It's down a back alley which has a number of restaurants, bars and local houses. Room was fairly large, comfortable and reasonably clean. Given the location and the price, I would say this hotel is best suited for solo travelers and those people who came to Phuket to do things... more

I stayed at the Patong City Hotel 14 days as part of a package booking. I can not recommend the hotel. Did not like my stay at this hotel as a whole. the whole place was dead. the bathroom was leaking...the bed sheets were not fresh...and the staff were not able to converse in proper english. the buffet b/fast was not so good but it was alright.
