Location was perfect. Room was a good size and had no problems with the cleanliness and how the cleaners maintained the room. “Great location”

The location is perfect and very good. Rooms were good big size. However Staff 's English is not good. They did not understand what we want to ask. Very poor English. I asked time for performance show. They never understand and keep talking nonsense about it after that we lost around 450$ because we missed the show cannot come punctually.

The location is perfect and very good. Rooms were good big size , however bathrooms were were very old fashioned with very old fittings and poor lighting. House keeping needs to be improved as cleaning done is not up to the mark. Spread for breakfast is poor. Overall not very great experience staying at Baan Laimai.

What a dissappointment a simple request for a second key was too hard for this hotel. Everytime we went out seperately the first one back had to go to reception and asked to be let in, which could take up to 20 minutes.
