The only real problem with the resort is maintenance. For a post sunami resort it is in dire need of external repairs. Not sure whether lack of tourists or weather have contributed to run down state. This was a nice comfortable clean resort, close enough to the shops but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Being right on the beach meant the sea breezes kept the heat down. HI All, Grace Land is really fantastic I'll start off with the negitives first. When you first arrive at graceland you are welcomed with a Damp odour this is from the Aircondtioner running Non stop and possibly poor sun light into the building..
