Booked this hotel at the start of the low season at 700baht per night Rooms were neat, clean. Hotel is conveniently located at Rat U thit road, very close to Bangla road (full of pubs), the giant shopping mall "Jungceylon" and also the Patong beach. Ive stayed here a number of times, nice place, not bad service, but now their getting greedy, 2 yrs ago, the rooms were 400 baht, last year 500 baht, now they have more than doubled the price to 1200 baht. typical thailand, getting very greedy now. So I will not be staying there again. more
