We manage to get a good deal of about THB1500/night in a deluxe double room + 1 additional bed, due to low season & also because my cousin's colleague knows the owner. It’s situated in south of Patong, and just 5 meters from the beach which is a good retreat from our daily concrete jungle! It’s very near to some shopping malls, also a outdoor shopping bazaar, and many day excursion agents. Bangla Road is quite a distance away (but still within walking distance), but you won’t notice it, as there’s a lot of things to see and do along the way. Basically, the house provides u the basic necessities u need, ie. Towels, tv, mini-fridge, in-room safe, tea-maker. Else 7-Eleven is just a few shops away. Breakfast was good as we can have bacons, scrambled eggs, toast, milk or tea & juice, and its free! The pool is not too big nor too small, and we even have the pool all to ourselves.
