Although we didn't get free upgrade like others, we pay for our upgraded room with a very large room +kitchen + roof top for sun bathing. Everything is new and clean. staffs are friendly and nice. We just returned from 12 days at the Outrigger. At our arrival, we received an upgrade to a 2-bedroom sea-view apartment, which was outstanding, incl. a private terrace and an extra roof terrace with beach-beds and a great view.
