The postives - Less than 5 min walk to a nice and quiet beach. However the tourists are mainly over 40. No hawkers on the beach. The front desk member named Ben was very helpful. Breakfast was nice - eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal the usual buffet fare. Pool looked ok - though could have done with the leaves being removed.... more

We are advantage plus members with Accor group and when we travel we try and incorporate their hotels as we usually get great benefits. All Seasons was no exception and we had two weeks at the hotel as part of being in Thailand for over seven weeks. We had email contact with a staff member at Management level who was... more

Hotels that are either really, really poor or really, really excellent usually lead me to write a review on Trip Advisor. Staying at the All Seasons was the former, a horrible experience--the kind that makes you paranoid about booking other hotels should they be as bad. I left All Seasons feeling ripped off, but thinking, atleast I can tell the... more

The All Seasons Naiharn is situated conveniently just across the road from Nai Harn beach which, in our opinion, is one of the nicest beaches on Phuket, certainly nicer and quieter than Patong and neighbouring beaches. Our room was clean and in a good state of repair - about right for a three star hotel. The restaurants/cafes within the hotel... more

Stayed at the All Seasons over Christmas. Lots of little restaurants around hotel to eat. We had to pay for a compulsory Christmas Dinner which was almost $100/adult (12+) and $30/kids. We were in SE Asia for 3 1/2 weeks, and the Christmas Dinner was the worst dinner we had. They even had the nerve to charge for drinks. I... more

We stayed in the hotel from Dec 25th to 29th, 2008 with our 2 kids (17 months & 4 years old) + their auntie. We enjoyed having 2 Superior rooms next to each other (30 & 31) nearby the second nice & quiet pool. Most of the rooms are at ground level. Superior rooms have a small patio which is... more

we have stayed at your All Seasons Naiharn Resort in Phuket in August 2008 for almost three weeks. Our overall impression was that of a favourable one, although there are certain issues to be adressed. I would like to beginn with the positive impressions: The hotel is very clean, nicely renovated, with an excellent breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner... more
