When we arrived in the hotel in the afternoon we were sent to another hotel beacuse the hotel was "full", even though we had booked and paid in advance 3 weeks before arrival. We were sent to another hotel at least 15 minutes from the airport, with no swimming pool and long way to the beach. The receptionist who took... more

3 of us booked to stay here as it is close to the airport-which it is but this means you can hear traffic and dogs were barking all night too. We asked for 3 beds and were given 2 good beds and 1 shocking camping bed - when i complained and said I couldn't sleep on this we were finally... more

Stayed there one night as we were leaving early for Jungle tour to Khao Sok. Hotel is fine, nice little pool which was great after 12 hours in a plane. Forgot to pick us up at the airport... more

We stayed in this hotel as we arrived at 1am and thought it would be easier than going straight to our main hotel in Patong. What a mistake. Two hard, single beds in a room that didn’t lock properly and had a light shining through the glass sliding door all night, which didn’t lock properly. Floors and sheets were quite... more

The people who raved about this place must be very inexperienced. I was on Phuket for over a month and stayed at several different hostelries, and this hotel is nowhere to rave about. I had ants in my room, a poorly lit and substandard bathroom...the place really had minimal amenities. Try the Merrison in Patong. Even though Patong is not... more

I stayed at the Phuket Airport Hotel as a stopover from Chiang Rai to Patong Beach. I emailed a reservation, along with ETA and flight number, in the morning and arrived in the evening, but was unable to check my email before arriving. After getting past the irritating touts at the airport I called the hotel to ask how to... more

I had a transfer in Phuket, coming from Sydney, going to Singapore next day in the morning. After a short e-mail 2 days before my flight, Simon (very friendly owner) picked me up from the airport. We arrived at the hotel after a few minutes driving. I was hungry, thirsty, sweating like a pig from a tropic heat (it was... more

Helpful owner and very close to the airport. Thats about it. This hotel could do with a fair bit of a refurbishment, especially the cement bathrooms which are constantly wet, and it could be a fair bit cleaner. I picked up a great case of food poisoning/gastro during my 14 hours at this hotel (It was the only thing I... more

Claims of food poisoning are notoriously difficult to pinpoint down to a specific restaurant since food bugs do not always result in immediate symptoms. Our chef is trained in food hygiene procedures and reports of food poisoning are extremely unusual and are often simply due to ingesting spicy or unfamiliar foods. We have longstay (1 year) guests with us who...

The hotel is the perfect placed to stay for a clean, comfortable, no frills, low-cost, airport stop-over hotel. This hotel has free WiFi, clean/comfortable rooms with A/C, and a pool to use if you are so inclined. The food at the open air restaurant is good, the beer is cold and they even have a pool table. Very close to... more

I think that the people when they book a room in Phucket airport hotel, believe to find a nice hotel because-First: they see nice pictures by internet, -Second: for the big name ''PUCKET AIRPORT HOTEL'' -Third: for the good reviews,- Four: for the price because when i booked by internet and i payed 50 euro i was sure to choose... more

Although this guest rates our hotel and location very poorly, they provide no detail as to what exactly they were unhappy about. Without this detail, it is not possible to address their complaint. It's important to note that our hotel is close to the airport, although not under the flightpath. Most guests see this location as an advantage, not a...
