“Agree, good location and value”

Agree with the positive reviews. Have stayed here many times, a good value and location. Much better than the prices for downtown, basically one construction site, as being very congested and polluted. Refreshing being near the lake with plenty of food options. Highly recommended if in Udon Thani.

Stayed here for just a night but it's a really nicely run hotel with a friendly owner. Great for anyone on a budget in Udon Thani.

“Nice friendly small hotel”

It was close to the town. Very clean and the owner was very helpful. Nearby are quite a few traditional Thai eateries. Local taxi driver took me out to some nice locations for photography. A nice stay.

I was a bit apprehensive at first as a single first-time traveler to this part of Thailand. I have to say though, I felt welcome and comfortable in this friendly hotel. “Cheap, clean, near NonPrajak lake”

Being located in Isaan, Thailand's poorest region means that all hotels are jawdroppingly cheap for a westerner. JanCondotel consists of bedrooms with fridges and airconditioning, but NO kitchen. If you stay monthly, you pay for the water and electricity at the END of the month, and then the daily reduces substantially ! I chose it for it's location, near NongPrajak... More

I regularly stay at the hotel for business. It is located in the city centre, which makes it a good base for lots of different places in Udonthani.
