this hotel is as bad as it can get. this was our second time in tunisia, as well as the second time in a mouradi-hotel. reception staff speaks virtually nothing but french and arab. they attend you only when you ask them loudly. as a general rule, all the hotel-staff reacted only if you yelled at them. rooms are OK... more

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience in Tunisia (maybe was to close to my trip to Greece so I had very big expectations!). The hotel is far away from 5stars – is big, nice architecture but this is it. The rooms are big but you can see the carpet is old and has some spots… The food was... more

We changed to this hotel after our second day at the Hammamat Garden Resort (don't go there) and I can honestly say it saved our holiday. The hotel had just been refurbished and was a delight all round. It was an impressive site as soon as we entered the foyet. The service was good apart from one guy at the... more

Booked a sea view room which was definately worth it! just waking up to the sun rising infornt of you with your own balcony was great. It did rain heavily on one day- we drank tea while enjoying our balcony view. The hotel has a good large sized pool with regular aqua-aerobics classes which are free. Gym (nobody ever used)... more

We went with Just Sunshine, things were well organised, flight good, no delays. We did the two day Sud trip which was brilliant and we saw two thirds of Tunisia - well worth the early morning starts - everything was very well organised, tour guide great - saw ampitheatre at El Jem, Sfax, Berber cave dwelling at Matmata, landscape where... more

I booked the holiday 10 days before travelling wanted a last minute hot break with a couple of girlfriends. We had terrible delays with our flights which I blame the airline advertising two flight time knowing they only had one. We arrive late at the hotel as was given a room not suitable for 3 people, we complained straight away... more

Stayed in this hotel beginning October 2008. It is big, has amenities, big rooms…but a good woman hand in management would do wonders! The lobby is huge, all in marble, pretty nice. Rooms are also OK, even though not as clean as you would expect in a 5star hotel. Pool area is not as nice as the rest of the... more

We booked to stay at the Vincci Taj Malhal in Yasmine Hammamet but on arrival at Tunis Airport was told this was double booked and we had been 'upgraded' to stay at the El Mouradi. When we arrived my heart sank the hotel was a souless warehouse of a hotel. The bar was like being in the departure lounge at... more
