Well to start with - we originally booked into Carrabean world but it was closed. We were moved into the Yasmine Beach Resort - which yes It was more posh than the other one but it did not have any waterslides. Staff: The receptionists and Bar staff were very friendly and were always happy to help. The animation team were... More

The rooms were a decent size and their outdoor pools were fun. The rest of the features and service at this hotel left much to be desired. It started with poor overall service. We had to change rooms because they'd put me and another single friend in a room with only 1 bed. When we changed there were two beds,... More

Just home after a week spent in this hotel, The rooms were a good size & the wonderful maid service kept them very clean. Great location for the marina, medina, shops & resturants. The down side was the food which was awful, so bad that even the staff tipped us off as to what avoid eating. Most of our party... More

The restaurant was a complete joke. Considering 2 out of the 3 restaurants were closed, the staff could still not cope. It was like feeding time at the zoo. The guests would pile up their plates, waste food and leave the tables in such a mess. As soon as food was brought out, it was gone. We first had to... More

Good value for money, as with many food is not brilliant but you wll not starve. Animation friendly, reception friendly, Beauty/massage overpriced but all hotels are the same, a good massage, but beware they try and talk you into buying creams and oils at hugely inflated prices. Rooms comfortable. Close to the main marina of Yasmine, which is very touristy.... More

I lived in "Yasmine Beach Hotel" for four days with my family. Frankly speaking, the room itself with a view to the sea, entertainment and food was not bad and the thing that we all did not like is that the clothes of my children and the brand new, expensive mobile phone of my son has been stolen right from...
