I book in last minute, other good hotels in south hammamet was full. The hotel is old and everything was lacking, especially the kindness of the personnel and the restaurant area. We had the all inclusive formula, but had to wait for everything: being served, getting a table, having a chair on the beach, getting a drink, reception service.
