I loved this place. The staff was friendly. The room was large and well appointed. Close to the beach with many restaurants and shops nearby. more

Just have read previous review and wanted to say that I have almost completely opposite experience. We had great expectations as 2 year ago we've spent lovely vacation in Sofitel Vin Pearl in Vietnam. But we were consequently unpleasantly surprised to find that this hotel is far lower to said hotel in Vietnam despite it was also rated 5 stars... more

We had no great expectations as seaside holiday hotels generally leave much to be desired. We were consequently pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel is far superior to some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed in at the Costas. Maybe we picked the ideal month to visit. We were given a room facing the sea with a... more

When I went there, there was only one restaurant open and the food was mediocre. At Morning and Evening Buffet, they have a large choice, especially breads. However, the quality of the food is second class. It would be much better if the quality of the food better rather than too much choice. At the restaurant, the employees are kind... more

Gorgeous, comfortable, prime location, attentive staff, pricey, but worth most of it (no real problems, I'm just stingy). Go lounge on the beach & let your cares drift away! more

The room was impressive and contrary to the findings of others we fiound the service to be very good. We did find the 6pm room... more

The hotel is located just over the road from the beach in the resort of Hammamet, called Yasmine Hammamet. Few minutes walk from the marina and other town attractions. They say the hotel is the best in the area and it is most probably so. The first general impression is of space, very generous atrium and relatively quick check-in. Bell... more

We stayed for just a week, and booked the accommodation directly on the Sofitels wesite which was very easy to use, and likewise, our flight was also booked online at ba.com.As we had booked well in advance we managed to bag a bargain. Having stayed at both the Sofitel in Sydney Australia and the one at London Heathrow Terminal 5,... more

I visited this hotel as part of a travel agent educational. The area is much geared to tourists, however the ‘strip’ in which the Sofitel stands is home to a number of elite hotel chains such as ‘Iberostar’. The hotel is very much 5*, from the staff greeting you at the door to the open plan lobby area filled with... more
