The staff at this hotel offer terrible service; they are rude, insulting, and treat you like thieves. Also, this really is not a 5-star. 3, at best. It's a joke, and there are much better hotels for the same price around. more

The hotel is ideally sited near the beach, a short walk from the medina, marina,shops and restaurants. The staff were fantastic, from gateman to front of house manager.
