OMG!! All the bad reviews are actually true!! We went in Oct 09, and the lady who found the staples in her food was there when we were there!! Unfortunately we couldnt cancel and re-book so we stayed at the serail. After landing at Tunis we were met by our transfer rep who took us to our coach. Well it... more

My friend and I had been in the hotel about 5 minutes when the manager from the "spa" collered us and asked us out for drinks. After that it was none stop with the various staff and waiters. Do not think my friend and I are the most beautiful women in the world, we are both in our late 40's,... more

It was not all inclusive as advertised on the internet. There is no and was never any gym in the building. Our rooms were really dirty. no hair dryer, i could have hired one but with300 rooms and only 10 to hire out it was a long weight. Lots of Italians there not that was a problem . We only... more

The hotel was pleasantly clean and air conditioned. The food was of a very good standard and plenty of it. However I'd say 80% of the hotel residents were italians and all the entertainment was geared to them. To get english entertainment you have to walk around the corner to the hotel Bel Air which ia mainly English. more

I am trying to get compensation for this holiday as it was missold to us as having included watersports - which we didn't get - in fact even the hotels private beach you had to pay for a sunbed! There were no english reps at the resort to complain to and the manager did not want to know. The all... more

Dont even think about it. We arrived at 1 am and shown to our room. I could have cried, the curtains were in tatters, the bedspread was stained. I slept (if you can call it that) in my clothes until morning. Looked out onto the pool, which was very untidy and covered in all sorts of bugs. The next episode... more

I really panicked when I read the reviews from other English people who stayed at this hotel. I shouldn't have bothered, we had a great time. Yes it is catered for the Italians, so if you're looking for entertainment from the hotel then don't bother. However, the Bel Air around the corner is full of Brits and you can use... more

This hotel is only good if you an Italian, becouse they are majority of the guests.Rest of guests are being neglected. This hotel is not a 4* hotel, maybe 2*,although clean and tasty food. Location is not the best, hotel is located about 10 min walk from the beach. You will have to pay for the beach towels and deckchairs too!!!!If you really want... more
