I went for a week with my teenage son and daughter, large room, slightly worn but clean. Food Ok, we did have a tummy upset, but this can happen anywhere. Nice pool but the best beds were taken by 6am, (we noticed this on our early morning departure,) great beach. Great animation team IF you or your kids are prepared... more

Spent the last 2 weeks of September at the all inclusive Iberostar El fatimi. The hotel is right on the beach about 6km from the town of Mahdia. Check in was smooth and efficient. The rooms are showing signs of wear and tear but are spacious and very clean. All the public areas are spotless and well maintained. There were... more

What can I say about this hotel apart from the fact that it was brillient. I had one of my best holidays there and could not really fault the place. All the staff were great and really helpful and so friendly. I normally go to Hammamet but thought that I would go further south for once and I'm so glad... more

where do I start, we got off our Thomas Cook plane to be met by a rather unimpressive rep called Philip, who proceeded to fall asleep during the transfer to our hotel, only to be woken by constant texts from his family, I understand his granddaughter had taken her first steps that morning. No welcome drink in the hotel for... more

We are a family of 4. Me, the missus, daughter 17 and boy 13. We booked two rooms for 11 nights. Getting there was an experience as we were the only guests on our flight travelling to the hotel so our rep led us from the airport to a minibus and a lunatic hurtled us to the hotel (no tip... more

Booked this hotel with Thomas Cook for around £380 pp for a week. It was advertised as 3* plus and I would say that is a fair rating. We enjoyed our week stay as we got what we paid for - perhaps a little more in terms of service. We were allocated a suite on arrival with a nice view... more

I stayed here in August for 2 weeks with my partner. I will start with the good points. Firstly the animation team where brilliant. They put on shows every night and where extemelly entertaining. They took a personal interest in keeping you entertained and I dont think they could have done a better job. They made the holiday bearable. The... more

We have just come back from a fantastic holiday with our 3 kids ages 8,7 and 3. weather, food, staff - fantastic. we had no problems with illness and we ate everything, salads, fruit etc. (within the hotel). kids club not so great for kids older than 5 but the helpers are lovely. would really recommend this hotel. more
