I just came back from my holliday spent in Amir Palace Monastir, so: 1. Staff friendly and helpfull: front desk, waiters, security guys on the beach etc....smiling most of the times. The hotel is very nice. The staff is very pleasant even if in Egypt it's much better. The room was large but the view was not so amazing. This is a large hotel with hundred of bedrooms. The hotel is in all be a quiet but relaxing resort close to the airport. Hotel is fantastic with the grand staircase fabulous beach and of course amazing entertainment team always there with a smile! Definately worth a go :) more

What a come back the Amir Palace made. Excellant food, service ,rooms, internet service. Only one thing that we dont like in this hotel, is the animation team, their performance leaves much to be desired. Amir you ll see us very soon, Victoria & Tano Walker (Malta) more

Awful,awful,awful. Seven star entrance and grand staircase, zero star recetpion desk service. Recommend to your worse enemies. more

We need a hotel to sleep while beeing invited to a wedding (my former girl-friends family is half tunesian). Booked ONLY the hotel via expedia, we first have trouble to get in the "suite". They told us there is no booking. After some bad conversation it works, the rest is history... Thanks god, we only need a place to sleep.... more
