just come back from week 1/2 board golfing trip. Very freindly hotel, very clean and spacious rooms although in need of a lick of paint. Just introduced a card system where you have to have a hotel card and put money on it to buy drinks/ snacks etc. good idea but it puts the tips down for the hard working... more

Paid extra to have sea view , on arrival shown to room in basement, overlooking a wall and without a fridge. Luckily the very helpful Sunshine Rep sorted it out the next day and we moved to a room on the !st floor , directly over the entertainment centre. El Mouradi Palace was recommended to us by some friends who stayed there last year, so we were pretty confident that we had made the right choice. we returned from this holiday on the 4th oct had a fab time, the staff were brilliant the cleaners were great our rooms always spotless. The only problem we had was the food wasnt really for children my son lived on bread and butter for days but the chef put chips on for the kids so thankyou for that. Just... more
