Very faded glory, this hotel is in need of refurbishment if it wants to maintain a 5 star rating. Corridors badly need recarpeting - lots of patching up has been done. Staff friendly and helpful. Internet services ridiculously expensive and speed akin to dialup. Food rather bland, adequate but not really 5 star.
