In taking a holiday with Thomas Cook we should have not expected any better, but we were left speechless when we were informed that if we wanted to sit together on the flight we would have to cough up a further £12 each, each way, for the pleasure. Add to that another £30.00 for extra legroom and an additional £10.00... more

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the Riviera. This was our fourth time and our friends who went with us, their third. First of all I want to stress this hotel is in Tunisia – not Europe and therefore Four Star does not mean the type of Four Star you get in Europe. Those expecting it to be... more

We've been to tunisia before so knew what to expect in terms of the area food etc. We had seven days at the riviera. So impressed with the ever so friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Food was varied and good (try the tunisian food if you've not tried it before) and the drinks (albeit weak) were absolutely fine. Animation... more

Very friendly staff. Nice area and setting. Rooms were older than i was expecting, needed some work but clean! Great food and drink at the buffet restaurant. Pool bar, main bar and beach bar all good. The pool area is very nice with just a short walk to the lovely beach. Busy beach however but watersports are very cheap! The... more

Yes, this is our second year back there! We love it! We were remembered by most of the staff and the Animation team, from our holiday last October. That is fantastic, given that thousands of people must have holidayed there in the twelve months since we were there. We were welcomed back by the receptionist and told it was lovely... more

We had a lovely week here, the rooms are a little tired but we didnt spend much time in the room. The hotel is spotless, the food is the best i have had on an all inclusive. The entertainment was ok in the day. Location is fantastic, on a beautiful beach, a short walk to the marina with lots shops,... more

After going to Egypt in a 4+ star in July and being very ill, we booked this with Thomas Cook as a bit of a cheap replacement. It was half term in October and needed somewhere where the weather was still good but on a budget... so Tunisia was chosen. The hotel was wonderful for a 3 star (that is... more

We stayed there, because the Abou Sofiane was closed for renovation. It also is as good, with very friendly and helpful staff and really good food. The difference to the Abou sofiane is, that it`s more a place to chill. It`s more quiet, what can be a big advantage. ;) But you don`t have as much opportunities to spend your... more
