The hotel's location is good, not far from the town centre and the rooms are spacious and pleasant enough but it was absolutely freezing cold the night that we stayed there. Bearing in mind that we were charged and paid high seasons prices and despite our complaints about how cold the room was they were not prepared to turn the heating on. There were large radiators in each room but it seems with only us and perhaps one other room occupied the management of the hotel obviously did not feel that this justified having the heating on, it shouldn't matter if there is one guest or maximum capacity when its that cold the hotel should provide some form for heating, especially when you are paying high season prices. The water was also cold, we asked about six times in the evening and then several in the morning about having hot water and each time they told us wait twenty minutes and it will be on but it never got any warmer, again very poor customer services.
