I just came from Bilkay, it is a very good hotel with excellent service, clean rooms, nice atmosphere. I truly would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is perfect-just across the beach. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

Rooms are not like on pictures. Food, service and cleanness are terrible. Food is not fresh. Toilet is leaking. Only good thing is location, but there are lot of hotels with good position. Noth worth.

Agency told us good things, but not everything was so. Food quality deteriorated very quickly, staff is ok, but that dowan't help thw food issue. It is a really good 3* hotel, from my point of view especially convenient for young people or mature couples. (I don´t think there are family rooms in the hotel, just extra beds for children).
