On arrival at the hotel we found the reception very unfriendly and unhelpful. we checked in were given a number and our "all inclusive wrist band". we were left to wander what is a very large complex trying to find our room. Had a wonderfull time, great hotel, spotlessly clean, good food, good value for money. Only problem was the distance from the airport, a 2 hour coach trip. Maid service is something to be seen. All the restaraunts provided excellent service, sometimes where a little too attentive. more

Recently returned from Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel and cant wait to go again! WE had the most amazing time and the only fault we can think of is we didnt go for long enough.
