I'm not sure where the other people who posted reviews stayed but from the first day the staff at the Erkaptan couldn't have been more friendly and helpful .. and they seemed particularly happy to speak English to English clients. As for the dusty side street it's certainly nothing of the sort - it's simply in a residential area ..... more

We booked 2 weeks self-catering at Erkaptan. Arrived at 05.30 a.m. after more than 2 1/2 hour transfer plus a 15 min. stop at an expensive cafe, to be told in reception that they were over-booked and there was no room for us.
