This hotel is in a great location near the marina, plenty of restaurant near to the hotel best restaurant but pricey was the Amar, worst was the Balikci Meyhanesi food was ok but the waiter was un believable and very rude as he wasn’t happy with the tip left for him !

Pros: The staff at Puding where always helpful and service was always quick and friendly, and for breakfast where accommodating and happy to provide whatever we asked for.

Cons: Pool cleanliness, gym kit needs updating and adding too.
Room service you need to request for house cleaning so don’t just expect your room to be cleaned.

Word of warning if you book through Love Hoildays the tour Rep from meeting point was happy to take our cash for an excursion on a boat but it wasn’t what we expected it to be as it had to change due the sea being choppy, could of got a better deal at the Marina at one of the stools so look around.

Dear Flynn123bullys, Thank you so much for sharing your time to write this kind and informative review. It is really helping us to advice places to our guests. Sorry for your bad memories. Pool is inspecting unaware twice a month by a special company and we get certified. It is sad to read that you didn't like it. We will forward your opinions about pool and gym it to Management . In Covid process there is too many measures for staff and guest's health. Housekeepers can clean the room if guest request for it. We will keep stable this procedure to stay safe. Hope to see you again. Best Regards.

Location of the hotel is excellent. You can get room with sea view. It is worth the extra price because the view is unique. Price is reasonable. Well designed and constructed hotel. The clean your room everyday. You are located in the middle of the Antalya old city called Kaleici and can go everywhere by foot. It is very picturesque. In front of the hotel there is a nice small private beach. There is a fee of about 4 dollars per person to have access to the beach which includes a bed, shower, toilet and you can even get served food from the restaurant on the beach. There are few steps to go down. Water is clear. We were in November and I imagine this small beach can become very crowded in high season. In the hotel there is a spa, you can get 2 hours treatment for 35 euros which includes sauna, scrubs, massage and face mask. The man masseur Fikret is really excellent. Being a woman, I didn’t want a man masseur at first but he is very skilled and professional. I recommend him. Normally it is an Indonesian lady that does the massage. She is also good if you like rougher massage. There is also a swimming pool but I didn’t use it since the beach is almost like a natural swimming pool, clear water and with no waves.
The breakfast was not incredible but ok. If you walk up the street from the hotel in 100 meters you will find many many restaurants.
The hotel has a free parking for guest but it is quite challenging to get to the hotel because you have to drive in normally pedestrian streets to get to it. Supposedly the old city will be soon closed to all vehicle circulation but at the time if this review it is still permitted.
As you are in the middle of the old city, it is quite lively and you will hear music during the night, so take earplugs. They might have quieter rooms but with no view. If you want to stay in the old city I would say all of the hotels might be noisy but you will feel in the middle of the action and it is an experience to stay in the oldest city in turkey.

I have stayed at this hotel three times since 2017 and have always been delighted with my stays. The hotel is in a gorgeous and central location in Antalya's old town and has lovely decor along with a high standard of cleanliness. It also has some excellent facilities - a stylish swimming pool, exercise equipment, and a beautiful, reasonably priced hamam and spa service. The buffet breakfast served each morning is great with a wide variety of items on offer and beautiful fresh ingredients. The staff are also great - so friendly and helpful.

I am particularly grateful for all of the help the staff gave me during my latest stay this March. I am usually a low-maintenance guest but during my stay this March, I suddenly found myself turning into one of those very needy guests. The problems started for me when I lost my phone and proceeded to get worse as the coronavirus crisis worsened and airlines started cancelling their international flights. I found myself having to ask the Puding Marina reception team for help and they couldn't have been more responsive or kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They set me up with access to computer facilities, helped me to make important phone calls, and even made me cups of coffee to help soothe my worries. And all of this despite their own worries about the future of the hotel industry and their own livelihoods. A huge thankyou to Deniz, Haydar and team for all of your help and kindness. I hope Puding Marina is starting to recover from this coronavirus crisis and that you have a good summer season. Looking forward to seeing you again during my next trip to Antalya.

I first chose the Puding Marina Hotel for its exterior beauty and proximity to Antalya harbor. I was not disappointed on either score but the place goes beyond that surface appeal.
The complimentary breakfast is amazing with plenty of treats to choose from (Turkish breakfast is already awesome but this is one of the best) and the rooms are comfortable with serene views.
Below the lobby there is a full service spa. The woman who runs the spa and gives the massages is funny and nice.
The staff are also accommodating, all friendly and professional. But the best feature of Puding Marina is Furuzan the front desk manager. Her English is great, her smile makes you feel welcome and she is wonderfully hospitable and helpful with requests.
I went here on a solo trip but if I were to come back to Antalya with a mate, I would definitely choose this place. Everything about the hotel and it’s surrounding environment speaks relaxation and romance.
As for rooms I recommend 625, the honeymoon suite. It has a spiral staircase to a private balcony with a 360 degree view of the harbor and the old city.

This is a lovely small hotel in the old town. The staff are very nice and helpful. It has more facilities than shown in its description. Our standard room was quite small but adequate - has TV, safe, kettle and coffee etc., small fridge. It has a pool and sauna and spa, small fitness area. Some lovely patios to sit in the sun or around the pool. Breakfast was included and was very good but don't expect full English - no bacon or sausages, etc. Close to the harbour and shops and restaurants nearby. Not a place for anyone with reduced mobility as very hilly and lots of steps. Not overly impressed with the restaurant but it was out of season and very quiet due to coronavirus so could be better in the season.

We just booked this lovely place for one night early in March as a stopover on route to Fethiye. It was beautiful. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We decided to eat at the restaurant that evening and both ate past dishes which were very fresh and delicious. My tiramisu was gorgeous too. After a good nights sleep in a very comfy bed we headed down for breakfast. There was more choice than many places we have stayed at previously in Kaleici. Plenty of choice, something for everyone I would say. After breakfast we returned to our room to find a lovely swan on our bed. What a lovely touch from the maid. We wished we were staying longer. We really hope that after this horrible time with the corona virus everywhere that you have a great extended season. We wish you all the very best and hope to see you again next year.

Just returned from a relaxing stay at the Puding Marina and I’d highly recommend it. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast and my room, which was understated and very clean (v reassuring in a pandemic!).. The only one small complaint was that the fridge wasn’t working in my room (not a biggy though!) I travelled alone, and met one or two people there, so it’s great for solo travellers, and also very central and opposite the beautiful Mermerli Beach.

Well, where to start, oh that does seem to be a problem in the beginning, I.e. finding hotel..but after that you are sorted A beautiful hotel arranged in Ottoman style houses , all amalgamated. We arrived late and were asked, by Haiden ( Excuse spelling) if we would accept a room at the top & could move in the morning which was fine. He couldn't have been any more helpful, carrying our suitcases upstairs as no other staff etc, he done everything! (no lifts here) Next morning after a fantastic breakfast we were shown around by Usain ( or Hussain) a young man & were offered a choice of rooms! This was on a package deal with Jet 2 who had already decided which room we were having. We chose our room & had the best experience I've had so far in Turkiye. The staff from domestic to management & in between are absolutely fantastic. So kind, friendly, daily housekeeping, management coming around asking was all o.k etc! Ýes, noisy on the front the first night but that can be resolved if you ask for a back room. (Ours was 811) The restaurant had fab food & great value when we ate at night in the hotel. The main gentleman ( ashamed to have forgotten his name) who was there from morning 'till close was outstanding. Such long hours & never complained, not once! Destina was waitress & loved learning English ( Betty & Treesha if you see this Destina) . Altogether a brilliant experience in Kaleici, Antalya & made more wonderful by having a fab hotel. #missingallofyou

The food is excellent and a good variety to start your day off the right way. The chicken Alfredo for lunch was very affordable and delicious.

Spent 3 nights at the Puding. On the positive side, location is excellent at the bottom of the old town and just above the picturesque harbor. Close to all the restaurants and shopping of the old town while being quiet. Restaurant food and service was quite good. Delicious grilled fish and breakfast every day had plenty of choices. General staff was friendly and helpful. Behind the front desk could be better. My first room had too many problems - lights and air conditioning not working to name a few. But they did give me a much better room the second day. I would say to avoid the rooms in the floors above the lobby and ask for a room in the buildings out by the pool. They are much bigger and nicer.
