We have returned from 2 weeks stay at Hillside su. Just returned from a relaxing 8 days in this hotel and we are so pleased we booked it. Considered the Sheraton as a lot cheaper but very glad we didn't. Found this to be a pleasant surprise -all white decor w/accents in neon, was a bit jarring at first arrival, but overall experience was quite positive. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and the pool (and poolside service) was excellent. Didn't have too much interaction with staff, but all experiences were curteous and helpful. more

This hotel is described online and in the Thomas Cook brochure as a 5 star botique hotel - this is anything but 5 star. The only chairs in the hotel are by the pool feeding area, with not another in site unless yiou count those used by the utterly unhelpful reception staff.
