We went with a group with kids. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Excellent service, rooms, food, cleanliness. Anyone who faults this holiday has to be MAD! We were not disappointed. There have been a few improvements since our last visit in May 2009 i.e. extra cakes by the arena bar in the afternoon. Also by the relax pool there is now a help yourself fridge with bottled beers including fosters. melon cart coming round in the afternoon by the relax pool, very refreshing, also yogurt drinks.... more

Immaculately clean everywhere. they disinfect rooms, they don't stop cleaning - u could walk bare foot in pool toilets it was that clean! just arrived home from the delphine palace deluxe hotel, the hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nice and clean. pool areas are very spacious plenty of sunbeds and there is lots of shade for the children in the kids area, but the park is not really suitable for young... more
