Perfectly clean. Incredible view if you can get a front side room. Decent rooms. Good location. Very nice beach club where you don't have to spend money to spend the day. more

This hotel has a new building and an old building. The new building has slightly nicer rooms. Ours was clean and the bathroom spotless. A couple of oddities in the room though. No top sheet on the bed so just a slightly scratchy bedspread. 1,200 channels on the satellite but almost nothing in English - at least 300 were scantily... more

We had booked one of the few (English-speaking site) Kas hotels off the net, only to find it very nice but miles from the town. Early next morning went checking out options, looking for a large bed for a tall husband! Hotel Maki was friendly and clean, queen size beds, undercover parking, close to town, excellent value.
