This supposedly 5 star hotel is the worst example of hotellierie I have ever experienced and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide due to my job. The huge amount of money and effort that has gone into desiging and building this bizarre hotel complex is COMPLETELY undermined by the utter incompetence and sheer RUDENESS of all of the staff. Every moment of my stay in this resort was spoilt by the tension of awaiting the next unnecessary obstacle put in my path. Awful. more

We have just returned from a 5 days vacation at the Orange County. A nice place to go with the Children. The Hotel's theme is nice, they are trying to make you feel like you are in the Netherlands. this hotel sales underground very little smell rooms as 'standard rooms'. we were very upset to buy 5 stars vacations in room without balcony or windows. the service in this hotel is bad and slowly. food is standard. more
