Don't go! That's my only advice. For the same amount of money (we payed 900 euros for a weeks all inclusive stay for two adults and one kid) you can find a much better hotel. This was a lovely, clean resort with lots of stuff for children to do. The food was good and the staff (except for a moody few) were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern and airy.
