This hotel could be great, but it just wasn't-though it wasn't terrible either. We stayed in the villas (yes, with all the steps) but there weren't so many, and they take your luggage up and bring it down, so that was helpful. The food was not great to be honest-I did have a try of most things but some nights... more

I travelled with my wife and 3 "grown up" children (15, 21 and 22). The flights were at night, so we didn't get to the hotel until the early hours of the morning, but the welcome was excellent We were shown to our apartment within 15 minutes of arrival, and the luggage came 10 minutes after that You'll have noticed... more

Although sold to myself and elderly parents as a 5 star the hotel with fixtures and level of service is 3 star.Transfer from Bodrum airport was uncomfortable and long, which all my internal organs had been rearranged by the time we arrived. The roads were very bad and travelling for 2.5hours after a 4hour flight was testing everyones patience especially when... more

We have been regular visitors to Turkey for many years now and have enjoyed all our trips. The last 3 years we have stayed in Antalya, but thought we would have a change this year. This hotel has a 5 star official rating, but in our opinion, and the Thomas Cook rep this is no more than a 3 star,... more

After reading several reviews before going on this holiday we were optimistic as to what to expect, although it had been recommended to us. Its very true about the number of steps that exist at this hotel but DO NOT be put off by this, as not one review mentions that the hotel provide a 'tractor' from 7am through to... more

Blaring music & karaoke until 0130 every morning, thumping music throughout the day by the pool, pool closed for games of water polo & "catch the bra". Probably great for a group of teenage friends, or a "get pissed abroad" style of do - not for a young family away as we were sold it. Hotel and staff were faultless,... more

We stopped at the Ephesus Princess for two weeks in June 2009. Kusadasi itself was a lovely seaside town with loads of restaurants and pubs to choose from, and loads of shops and market stalls. But the drinks in Kusadasi were quite expensive with pints £2.80 to £3.00 and cocktails around £9.00 The grounds to the hotel are well kept... more
