I visited Bursa Divan several times for my business trips. Their spa has been renovated for nearly 1 years. I am really curious about what they are doing there for that long! the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The restaurant is on average.

Although, it is 4 star hotel, rooms, services and their food was 5 star services. Beside that the hotel was located in very quite area and they have sound prove window. Stayed for three nights, the staff was friendly, hotel room spacious and clean, excellent service and breakfast. Located a bit far from the center, but very close to public transportation. The only complaint is non-availability of iron and pressing desk in the room.

Nice hotel but no style. Staying there you absolutely never know in which country you are. City center quite far. Large rooms but not friendly. Swimming pool was closed end of May. Large breafast. Check out was time consuming, don't know why. Air conditionning difficult to set up. Spa and massage area available but not tested.

The hotel is really nice in every way...I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Bursa...

Very nice hotel. Clean and nice staff. But the pool was empty and they did not tell us when we booked. So no pool guys.
