Just a short 2 minute stroll from the main square of Goreme, Tan Pension is the cutest and most friendliest pension in the village! The rooms are very clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Aside from the traditional Turkish breakfast, they also do a fantastic Turkish omelette, the best in Turkey! The pension is located in a quiet residential street, but just a very short stroll to all the restaurants, bars, ATMs, shops, bus station, tour companies etc. We had one large bag of laundry [very nearly almost 2 bags...], and the owner very kindly laundered all our clothes for 10YTL [we went out for a walk, and 3 hours later our clothes were washed and dried]. I really couldn't speak highly enough of our time at this pension. We stayed for 2 nights, and it was a highlight of our trip throughout Turkey. The owners do all they can to make you feel at home & it was sad to leave! more
