Overall we quite enjoyed our stay at the Museum Hotel. Cappadocia was amazing to say the least. We went in December and are glad as being off season, we had the sights to ourselves and the landscape with the snow was beautiful. We stayed in a suite and it was great - large cave room, fireplace, huge bathroom. Everything you...

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights while visiting the Capadoccia area. We stayed in the Escape Suite, which was built from an ancient cave, like most of the rooms there. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable, with a sitting room off the bedroom, a modern marble bathroom with a huge shower, and a...

Odadaki...

this is one of the most picturesque and beautiful sites and hotels one can imagine. The service was impecable and professional. Our room was under the stairs and so noisy that we could not sleep - I really don't like to have to wear earplugs to get a few hours of sleep when staying in a hotel that costs $550...

great hotel, antiques on display, views for ever, restaurant was good and the wines from Turkey were very drinkable, great breakfast views of the hot air balloons while sipping your coffee and contemplating the scenery around you. would not recommend the in room massage unless you have a big room to fit the table and are very clear about which...

I've recently returned from my third visit to the Museum Hotel, and have just now seen the reviews, amazed and dismayed that the Trip Advisor ranking is low--so much so that I question the validity of the more negative comments. I would urge Trip Advisor to "vet" its reviewers carefully.
To get to the point, the Museum Hotel is very...

We loved the ability to stay in a "cave hotel" while touristing this weird and wonderful area. The hotel is a charming one, with a great concept well-executed. Our large room was carved out of the rock, yet fitted with TV, Jacuzzi and other amenities. Pool area was lovely and the costume/antiques exhibits throughout were worth examining. Even the internet...

Our suite (Gulistam) was very spacious, clean and had a wonderful view both from the bedroom and the Jacuzzi.
There were some very antique items on our room, including a ancient cloth that i was only able to turn the light off by pulling the plug of the wall.
It has a good breakfast buffet including a lot of regional...

It has excellence ambiance and great location for view. It is located away from town so you will have to hike down to town or grab some sort of transportation to go to town. No taxi anywhere to be seen. Staff in the dining room especially during breakfast time is very unfriendly and cold. They would not even address the...
