Off of the cavernous lobby, a ramshackle maze of staircases, elevators and hallways lead to the guest rooms. The bar and lounging areas were unpopulated. The floor lamps were unplugged. Lower than average room, dark hallways, meals ok, staff cold. Place did the job, but it was so dirty with cement blocks etc. outside I thought it was still being built. Other places are closer to sights and I'd rather have stayed in a cave. more

Very bad service.They don't tell you when breakfast ends and you end up having it somewhere else (paying extra). You have to wake up early to have breakfast on your VACATION. Staff are arrogant and not helpfull.Choose some othere places. more

Used this Hotel 4 times and it has been consistent, the food is good with great variety. The rooms are basic but clean, staff are helpfull and friendly. Beds are comfortable and showers are good, the rooms are also nice and quiet. Pool music is repetative and not very good so take your ipod if lying out. The pool area... more

A pretty shabby hotel, and certainly not worth its four stars. Two would be about right. Rooms were stifling, with no air conditioning, and the restaurant was terrible - overcrowded, with unpleasant food, feckless service and a grim atmosphere. The bar was dire, with the most excruciating live music (halting cover versions of Nirvana!) preventing conversation. One to avoid. more

GREAT Hotel ! in an excellent location. Deserves 5 stars. Never had a problem, very clean and the food was great. It had an Internet Room with 4 computer it even had Wi-Fi in the Lobby. The Pool had a great view. Probably the best in the area; had a great time: I reccomend to all. more
