I am never a big city lover. So when I decide to visit Cappadocia, I chose to stay in this quiet lovely small town,Urgup. Once I stepped into the hotel, the staff ,Yusuf and Adem offered me free warm Turkish tea and made me felt like home. They also recommended me a very nice Turkish restaurant in the city center... more

Great location in Urgup in easy walking distance to everything you need. Computer available with Internet access in the lobby. Most importantly, the room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. No air conditioning, but the room stayed pretty cool in the hottest part of summer (I had a regular room, not a cave room). The owner... more

Urgup is an ancient -town -city -village in Cappadocia, Turkiye. The surrounding hills are filled with cave drewllings and the summits are filled with minereted Mosques. The palace from the out side is unpretentous and does not prepare you for the interior. The staff is friendly and unaskingly helpful. The breakfast hall is sumptuous and the fare tipically Turikish-fresh and... more

Cappadocia Palace is such a wonderful place to spend a few days in Cappadocia. Due to an unexpected snowstorm our stay was extended for an extra couple of days. There could not have been a better place to be. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff very accommodating, especially Adem Aslan. He went out of his way to make... more

This place is wonderful. Only stayed for one night but the room and the staff are amazing. Adam at the front counter was a gem going out of his way to help us. All the staff always had a smile on their face and the timings and scheduling are very reliable. The location is great because it's not too noisey... more

We stayed at the Capp. Palace for 5 days and it was great. We liked the wireless in the rooms especially. Adem Aslan at the front desk was very helpful and nice. It is beautiful in the cave rooms and the breakfast area is an old church. We recommend it. Nice price for the stay. more
