If you are expecting a decent 3-star hotel, you'll get it here, but "here" is not Pamukkale. The facility is OK. It has a pool and a lobby. The rooms are renovated and clean with a 12" old school TV, not that you can watch anything because it's 100% local Turkish programming. We have free wi-fi, but it is very... more

overall very dissappointed with this apparently 4* hotel, for me more like a motel 1-2*. it appears to have been a good hotel a decade or more ago. it appears to be a package tour hotel for older people. the majority of hotel guests seemed to be over 40/50 & 60 yrs old. the location of the hotel is in... more

Very nice and decent hotel with indoor and outdoor thermal pool. Good breakfast and dinner provided. Walking distance to the village nearby, where the local bazaar held at evening. more

Our tour group stayed at this hotel as part of the trip; we are not into Turkish baths, spa treatments and the like so weren't there for that. Were there because we wanted to see Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Room had one queen bed, although two beds had been requested, and small desk with chair, 13" TV with little in English,... more

We just had been to 2 of the worst hotels I´ve ever been to, so it was a significant improvement. The room with a queen bed was large with a balcony (that was tiny and had no view) and a "not that bad" bathroom. The room was on the 3rd floor and the building doesn´t have a lift. The thermal... more

Our first encounter with the front desk set the tone, I have met friendlier pit bulls.... Our room that was offered was in what appeared to be the older section and the smell of camphor or mothballs or what ever substance was used for fumigating was apparent before the door was even opened...One could not breathe in the room ........ more

At first sight, we thought we were in hotel heaven! Having just spent 2 weeks in tiny B&Bs in Greece, our two Pan rooms were large, modern and clean, looking very Western in style which we did appreciate. It was hot so a dip in the large pool was welcome. then we headed for the thermal clay pools where we... more

I really liked this hotel, it was the best I have had in Turkey. In other places we paid less but the rooms were shabbier, dinner wasn't included and the breakfast was bad. In this hotel the breakfast and dinner was like a wedding banquet, many choices and fresh food, for what? Just a little more expensive than a shabby... more

When we arrived the front desk was ready for us, but they had little in the way of humor or personality. The room was large with a balcony and nice bathroom. The thermal pools were very interesting and felt good after a long day. That was the good part of this hotel. The restaurant for dinner was awful. The meat... more

Loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which is good especially after long days of travelling and sightseeing. Our rooms were modern and the staff were nice. Our experience did not reflect the negative reviews this hotel had about it before we left for Turkey. The hot spring is Amazing especially since my husband has joint pains. He... more
