The lady owner was exceptionally warm and helpful. The room was clean and she "upgrade" our room to a 4-bedder without extra charge, although we reserved a 3-bedder room. The pension was within walking distance to the travertines. Wireless internet connection available. Fabulous home cooked food served in the courtyard. Arriving in Pamukkale we tried to find a hotel and were recommended to go to the Beyaz Kale by another hotel who was full. Upon arrival the pool was full of leaves from the surrounding trees. Not a good first impression. Having voiced this opinion the manager/cleaner/whatever started to clean the pool some 10 minutes later, but in true style... more

Excellent location near the mountain of travertine. Hosts very friendly and kind. Excellent food cooked just the host. Clean rooms. Strongly suggest like guesthouse! more

Wonderful Family run hotel. Got very helpful advice on Pamukkale. Fab home cooked food served in the courtyard. Kids enjoyed relaxed atmosphere. Perfect location. Would definetly recommend this hotel . Will return someday. more

A nice place with friendly family, I wasn`t that impressed with the food it was OK but I thought a little over priced. The room itself was very good mine was on the second floor with AC and a bathroom\wetroom. more

When I came here I needed to show my passport . unfortunantry I couldn't fınd ıt. the passport but the orner and hacer ender helded me kındly.and next day I could come to the polıse. We have just fınıshed our holyday ın Pamukkale. The pensıon is very good and we have never experienced such incredible service before. The famıly was very lovely. It was so hot but the room, sımply but clean, had an efficient air condıtıon. The pansıon restaurant is very good. more
