I stayed in the Dedeman Hotel for one night while passing through Diyarbakir. The front desk attendant was very professional and spoke excellent English. We had made reservations for three single rooms, and they only had reservations for two of us. However, they had a room available so it was not a problem (rooms were approxmiately USD80).
