The first impression wasn´t good as the receptionist even looked at us when we arrived to the front desk as he was very busy on the phone. After check-in we went to our room and without being a 5 star room hotel it was quite clean. Since the city wasn't attractive and looked unsafe at night we decided to have dinner at the pool restaurant of the hotel, which was a beautiful place but neither the service nor the food were good. The day after we were little tired, as it was the last day of ramadan and our room faced the street and it was so noisy and the courtains weren't thick enough (we suggest to ask for a room at the back side of the hotel).
The breakfast was quite good comparing to what we found during our 12 days trip to the region, but don't expect a luxurious buffet.
The best thing we experienced there was meeting the General Manager, who was very kind and even showed us some of the hidden historical churches of the city, that are almost impossible to find.
