Our stay in this hotel was a bad experience. The food was very poor, the childrens buffet was chicken nuggets, chips and pasta twice a day most days. This hotel has had rather mixed reviews. Our experience, however, was very favourable. The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean, towels changed daily, maid service excellent. Food was excellent and there was good variety, all tastes being catered for. Just got back from 2 weeks away with my husband and 2 kids (6&3). When we arrived we were put in the new elegance block which we were told was an upgrade block and mainly for couples.
