We didn't pay much to stay at these apartments so I expected them to be basic. However I also expected them to be clean. The rooms were filthy. I went out to buy cleaning products on the first day to clean up. We also had to buy our own towels as the ones in the room had very suspicious stains... more

What an awful hotel! I cannot believe it appears in the Thomson brochure. I have just returned from a week in the Atlantik Apartments, Altinkum, Turkey and it was such a disappointment. We just returned fron a lovely 2 week stay at the atlantik the apartments were spotless very spacious and in a great location. My only complaint was that for the two weeks we were there we had no television even though we complained on several occasions. Having had my mother with us the tv would have been good for her... more

It was a while ago that I stayed here, but I just thought I would add my comments in an attempt to warn others away from this dump. Outside appearance very misleading. dirty, filty rooms, bare wires, dirty cutlery, crockery. green pillows, torn sheets, unironed. units falling to bits, legs of bed, music from pool bar, to loud, too repetitive. Toilet door not fitted properly, had to use case as privacy lock. bare wires where shower used to be, soap holder falling off walls. Plus points, friendly staff.... more

Once again stayed in these apartments for a few weeks and like last year very good. Staff excellent. Fluent English. Bit of trouble with the pool going a bit of a funny colour but it was sorted out very quickly. Great rooms. Good Food. We had a couple of bar-b-qs which were really good.
