I hate to be disparaging but here I go. The Bera looked like a glamorous hotel on first impressions but it was very ordinary. It lacked character for a Turkish city like Konya. The room was Ok, had all the necessary bits, clean bathroom, nice beds & curtains. But the staff were wooden & in our friend's case - rude.... more
