We had 10 nights at Perdikia Hills and loved it. As previously mentioned the rooms had limited resources in terms of cutlery/crockery etc., but since we were only using the rooms for breakfast this didn't really affect us. Due to overbooking we had to spend the first 2 days in the Ova resort. Perdikia Hill Hotel is set up further up in ovachik area, there is also a Perdikia Resort Hotel in centre of Olu Deniz area too. However the Perdikia Hill, I can honestly say was 4* accomodation!
