This island gem was a big surprise! This boutique 12 room, 3 villa property blew our minds with its peaceful presence away from the busy Fetiye coast. We spent two nights at this property and were amazed by how much the owner, manager, and employees made us feel like family. There are several almost hidden day beds to laze away the day, a hillside pool with uniquely cushioned sun beds, and a waterfront array of both covered and uncovered sun beds and day beds that will will have you sleeping away the day in style. The breakfasts were exceptional and their famed dinner restaurant offered sumptuous Turkish entrees and deserts! We are big lovers of Turkish wines and their wine list did not disappoint! Spend one meal facing the sunset and another facing the Fetiye harbor. The glass like water and lights will make your evening extra special. The 12 rooms face the bay and magnificent fall sunsets, with spacious accommodations, a fridge, and am great shower! We noticed that most local hotels do not furnish wash clothes, so if you prefer them, best bring a couple with you. If you are looking for a quiet and secluded hideaway with maximum panache and friendly, this is it!

There aren't enough words to describe how beautiful and peaceful our stay at Ece was. There are so Many facets to this place it's hard to know where to start. It's no wonder so many guests told us they were repeat customers. First off the island, its a gem sitting in Fethiye Bay a short 5 minute boat ride away. Swimming off the dock with the ruins under you is spectacular. So much to do, Kayaking, Paddleboarding, snorkeling, swimming, and hiking. Or do nothing, so many choices of where to lounge, by the pool, by the bar, in a hidden nook, at the restaurant, at the dock side on either side of the island, Or on your private balcony or patio. Speaking of rooms, such breathtaking views with lovely cool breezes. Comfortable, spacious rooms and attentive staff. The food at breakfast and lunch was excellent as was the restaurant next door. You don't have to leave the island at all. There's also an excellent Greek restaurant on the other end of the island, they pick you up at the dock and meet you at their dock and take you to your table. You feel like royalty during your stay. If there is a down side it is the steps. There are a lot, but they are easy to climb, at first we had to take small breaks but we soon built up some much needed leg muscles. But if you have a disability this wouldn't be the place for you. We loved it and hope to return soon.

A truly beautiful romantic haven with the most amazing views of the bay. We went as a family for a four night stay before moving to our next hotel. We arrived at midnight and loved the boat trip in the dark from Calis to the island. It's a lot of steps to the hotel but thankfully they have a pulley system with a cart that takes your luggage to the top (esp as I don't pack light). The superior suite we had was gorgeous. A modern, light and airy well furnished living room, dining table and kitchen with two bedrooms - leading onto a terrace overlooking the pool, and a lovely wet room and bathroom. wifi worked fairly well with some expected outages but it worked. The view was awesome. Two double large floor to ceiling windows/doors with views across the whole bay to Fethiye/Calis/Islands. This suite has sole access, along with two other suites, to a private pool area which is really pretty. As we had the pool to ourselves on this visit it was just for us! We used it at all hours. It was a really reasonable size for swimming. We didn't use the other pool at all though we did use their sea bathing deck to swim and that was also lovely. Food and bar were great, amazing views and good quality. Lunch and dinner.Lovely staff, especially Osman and Mahmut the boatman. not forgetting China the dog who clearly felt she was staff. Escorted guests to the sea and back and manned the boat. Just so sweet. I came here also to write a novel and it gave me a great start. I'm hoping to go back soon to finish it. So many beautiful pink and white flowers... Just one downside were the large holes in the flat walls due to a leak which owner promised would be fixed but wasn't and was never mentioned again.....if there is a problem better to face it. I'd also add a desk/dressing table in the main bedroom.

This is our second visit to Ece Boutique Hotel on Sovalye and I’m hoping to definitely visit again and again. First of all the island is incredible. A perfect haven from Fethiye. The views from the hotel are stunning especially with a delicious cocktail. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The friendly hotel team with their amazing service are incredible. Delicious breakfast, lunch and snacks during the day followed by dinner next door at Ada at sunset is a perfect day on Sovalye. Lovely Osman who is ace at organising anything from trips to taxis and restaurant recommendations. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I didn’t want to leave!!

unbelievable stay, and completely exceeded expectations. A extremely relaxing, stunning environment to be in. Our five-day stay felt like 2 days. On top of that the staff here were really friendly and customer focussed which made our stay very pleasant. Really looking forward to coming back again.

I’ve been visiting Ece for 5 years, and I can say it gets tougher to leave each year. The place is just precious and one of a kind. The cuisine and service are a delight, the staff is kind and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable with their outstanding views. In terms of peace and comfort, Ece is second to none. If you ever grow tired of sipping your delicious Negroni while watching the prettiest sunset I've ever seen, the mainland is only 5-8 minutes away by boat, so you can experience Fethiye's local life if you like. I would rather spend days in this paradise, though. Finally, I highly recommend taking a stroll or paddling around the island to appreciate its unspoiled beauty and byzantine ruins, you heard it right, byzantine ruins.

We had a two night stay for my friends birthday.. what a treat from the moment we boarded the hotels taxi boat to disembarking back onto the mainland, the whole experience was second to none.. Nothing is too much trouble for the pleasant staff . It is the most peaceful place to relax. Don’t expect anything other than bird song and waves lapping against the shore ..
