Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for three nights and it all went wrong vey quickly what a mistake! This is a two star at best the hotel staff were friendly but the managers and receptionists were very grumpy and arogant. Room service was none exsistent and they would try to fob you off for the little things like a glass or some ice! The all inclusive is a joke, the bar for watered down cheap drinks is only open till eleven the food is awful and is always the same, salads and chicken were all out of date cold and reheated and we were told by locals and a few members of staff that it was not worth eating or staying there! it is not suitable for people in wheelchair lift is too small. There is no entertainment unless you like bingo or playing cards until ten o clock then go bed. Club is never open and the water park is not part of the hotel its free for all. the hotel nurse has not got a clue she will just point toward the hospital. to top it all off the night we left they... more
